Dr Lilien and his staff are top notch.. They found the time to squeeze me in even without an appointment. I walked in terrified but within two minutes of being in the chair they had me laughing and calm as a cucumber. They are professional, well put together, and they’ll take care of you with a smile. I couldn’t recommend a better oral surgeon or his team.

Had an incredible experience getting a tooth extraction here. Dr. Lilien was absolutely awesome completely painless procedure and he even played music of my liking to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed. He was honest about my treatment plan and didn't push unnecessary procedures. Highly recommend!

I had an incredible experience with Dr. Lilien for my wisdom tooth removal. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth, organized, and completely pain-free. He explains everything clearly, makes you feel comfortable, and genuinely knows his craft. He is calm, confident, and precise. What really blew me away is how respected he is in the dental community. I’ve heard his name multiple times from different dentists in different towns and even different counties, all sending their patients to him for procedures they can’t do themselves. And now I understand why! He is meticulous, professional, and truly the best oral surgeon I’ve ever seen. On top of that, his staff is friendly, helpful, and makes the entire experience stress-free. I honestly cannot recommend him enough. If you need an oral surgeon, Dr. Lilien is absolutely the one to see. Hands down the best in the New Jersey!

I recently had an excellent experience after searching for an oral surgeon, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my choice. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The dentist( Dr. Lilien) took the time to thoroughly explain everything, and made sure I was comfortable (he played me some Luther V. Tunes) throughout the entire visit. I really appreciated how gentle and attentive they were—it made what is usually a stressful experience feel easy and reassuring. Overall, this was one of the best dental visits I’ve ever had. I’m so glad I took the time to search for the right provider. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care and a positive, comfortable experience.

I had all four of my wisdom teeth pulled by Dr. Lilien a few years ago. The procedure was done in two separate sessions, and both were surprisingly quick and painless. I had been incredibly anxious and was dreading the extractions, but the entire experience was seamless thanks to Dr. Lilien’s steady hand and professional wit. Highly recommend!
